About myself: I lived in South Bend all my life, worked 3 jobs in 10 yrs so very dedicated to work. Very independent but I get along well with everyone. Kind of quiet and shy but I open up in time and always ask questions when needed.
What I liked about my last jobs: How everyone got along well and worked well together and how we got to learn and work in diff depts so we weren't always doing the same job although I've done repetitive jobs before so that is also fine with me What I didn't like about my last job: The fact that it closed down and we got laid off and how many people would call off in one day and so sometimes we would have to work extra hours to pick up the slack
A time I had a conflict with a co worker and how I dealt with it: I had told a co worker about a job offering I had after that job closed down and she applied at the job and got hired and I did not, at first I was upset but didnt show it in the work place, but talked it out with her and congratulated her. Any conflict at work I will try to workout outside of work but if neccessary talk to the boss or HR. A time where I worked in a group to meet a deadline and how I handled it: Two other co workers and I worked on a big order that needed to be out by the end of the day and I knew with only the 3 of us we wouldn't meet the deadline so I talked to my boss and told her we needed more people on it or it wasn't getting done. I usually take charge and make sure everyone's doing their part to get the job done.
