SUMMARY
Chemical and process engineering leader with 25+ years of LNG and petrochemical industry experience spanning process design and optimization, operations management, project management, and technical leadership. In most recent role, served as Process EngineeringManager for Venture Global LNG – Calcasieu Pass 1. Other roles included Technical Authority – Process Engineering and secondment to a major four-train LNG project in Houston, where I focused on enhancing plant availability and asset integrity. Experienced with two LNG process technologies. I hold an MBA in Oil and Gas Management, a BSc in Chemical and Process Engineering, and a Diploma in Financial Management. I am a Fellow and Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE – UK) and a Registered Engineer in Trinidad and Tobago. I have published and presented at multiple international LNG conferences. In addition to my technical and leadership work, I serve as a Professional Reviewer for IChemE chartership and mentor for the IChemE Trinidad & Tobago Member’s Group (TTMG), where I previously chaired the Steering Committee.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
• Conducted performance tests and supported Lender Reliability Testing for facilities moving from commissioning to commercial.
• Developed and implemented monitoring processes for power turbine catalysts
• Managed a licensing agreement with Optimized Cascade Process Licensor – ConocoPhillips and negotiated technical services agreements
• Implemented Process Safety Assurance activities to ensure state of process safety at a facility level is visible. Also managed process engineering performance standards as part of Barrier Health model
