My previous positions included Emergency Office Receptionist at Prime Protective Security and The Office of Fine Arts, which honed my ability to manage multi-line switchboards and facilitate effective communication, while handling critical recruitment inquiries, staffing scheduling and appointments, subordinate information distribution, and upper level management support. After learning a wide range of skills for a wide group, I then focused on being more detailed with a single person. And becoming a personal assistant allowed me to focus on every appointment, every meal, and every encounter. Single-client-management as a personal assistant for two different companies at the same time forced me to be more precise. The time and details it takes to fully manage a single person’s every need, not to mention two, from two different locations, is the level of care and precision that I’m bringing. Currently, I work with seniors as a Bridge Director in the ABA, for the Metropolitan Bridge Association of New York. A role that includes lifting equipment, setting up and staging the site, financial reports through excel and powerpoint, phone and email correspondence and event and meal planning. It is the perfect transition back to dealing with a wider group of people who need a detail-oriented pleasant environment.
