DUAL-BRAND GENERAL MANAGER – Miami, FL Aug 2019 – Present Recruited by a former district manager with Gap to take over a 6900 square foot, high-volume, high-profile, dual-brand, side-by-side store in Midtown Miami that consistently ranks in the top 2 in the district with $4.5M in annual sales volume. Lead a team of 28, including 3 assistant store managers and 3 sales managers/supervisors.

· Took over an understaffed location that had been struggling without a general manager for 6 months.

· Rebuilt a team that had 5 open positions upon arrival, including 1 assistant manager and 1 sales manager
