Claim Management
• Analyse, investigate and report on claims submitted by contractors including negotiations to settle claim, prepare claims for contractors including all negotiations on behalf of client on contractual basis.

Commercial Management
• Check the Drafted Subcontract agreements in a very clear to avoid any possible conflicts in future
• Provide cost reports and Cost control advise for ongoing projects and advice management on forecasted negative cash flows to overcome the obstacles, monitor cost and time to prevent the Cost & time over runs and advise on acceleration if appropriate to avoid Liquidated Damages.
• Prepared Interim Payment Applications (IPA) and Certified Sub Contractor’s Interim Payments based on Site Measurement, Final Account and Final Turnover Documentation etc.,
Contract Management:
• Issue notices in a timely manner for the claims, delays, variations or any other circumstances which requires notices under the Contract
• Prepare contractual correspondences for employers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and the interface coordination purpose where appropriate
