Rewinder Operator
Read work orders to prepare for the thread/prep paper rolls for machine setup for coating, precise measurements of raw material by length/ weight-for finished materials.
Operate rewind machine to rewind the paper roll/bind rolls print tickets-complete the rewinding process and put roll in for storage.
Hogger/Forklift Operator:
Operate a BloApCo Shredder for all wastepaper to be shredded thru the compact paper in a bale room
Operate forklift to move bales from holding area to shredder.
Production Assembler 2/Mold Injector
Weigh up and preheat resin for mold injection and prepare and set-up molds for injection.
Prior to heating mold, perform cold mold vacuum leak check and bladder leak check.
Hot mold leak check must be performed when mold is ready for injection. and perform other duties/cross train in other departments as assigned.
Order Readiness:
Verify tooling to CAD drawing for correct emboss an adding matrix, make ink, coordinate ink at machines.
Monitor machine line up in the system and deliver job jacket plus tooling (cutting die, printing, plate, and ink) to converting machines and managed repairs are needed on cutting dies or printing plates (manually re-knifing, re-rubber, etc.) Supported operator/apprentice with keeping the machine running accordingly.
Machine Operator:

Operator/Non-CDL Driver:
Operated blaster truck and shotgun/lance equipment for cleaning.
