Highlights:
Co-implemented math and reading enhancement programs at McKinley Elementary that improved the school from “under-performing” to “commendable” status for the 2018-2019 SY.
Facilitated a districtwide service meeting with physical education teachers to analyze and enhance the application of state standards in the physical education curriculum.
Co-implemented the Super Kids phonics-based kindergarten curriculum at McKinley Elementary that significantly increased reading competency and reduced the achievement gap.
Partnered with the teachers at Roosevelt to develop and institute a clear vision and strategic mission for the school, successfully improving test performance and student/staff safety.
Planned and coordinated the middle school graduation ceremonies and activities and facilitated the Eighth Grade Graduation Committee; also organized the Birthday Club. Completed training programs for SWISS, PBIS and MTSS programs.

•Acted as a visible and hands-on instructional leader to aid students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds in reaching their academic, social and intellectual potential.
