Coordinating directly with Peterlang Berlin and UK clients/author - BU's and the onsite leads about the project workflow. Planning and scheduling estimated dates of files to the printer getting approval. Updating current status of the projects to the authors and associated Editors. Managing and coordinating with the production process and verifying all authors’ requirements are meeting. Managing all process of the book till gets published in website and in hardcopy. Providing timely updates/support of the book related to marketing and distribution needed. Ensuring client is happy about its final product.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Reviewing the manuscript for any onshore/offshore clients content as well as the images and the requirement and informing our company norms to the author along with estimated printer dates and getting approval.

Updating all required project information in Project Planning Management tool (PPM), Pubkit, and Tracker.

Moving to inputs files to productions for analyzing the level of copyediting and getting confirmation with the acquisition editor.

Moving files to further process of copyediting, typesetting, and revises 1 and revises 2 marking process in tracker getting files from production within that estimated times.

Updating all corrections received from acquisition editors, series editor and all the individual authors by coordinating with the production team.

Providing the regular updates of status of the book to the author and editors.

Reviewing all the quality aspects of the production work and shipping the files to the printer after getting final approval.

Giving all support in terms of shipping hardcopy and publishing in website and also in marketing and distribution.

The scope of the project is to develop Web-application for ERP Domain. This PPM (Project Planning Management) tool enables to access project information and updating project data’s and planning the project print dates. Users access their account from anywhere at any time with ease and security. The unique feature in this project we are integrating users like editor and project manager to access this PPM tool. The system is a secure, private network that connects authors, editor, and project managers. User can manage their account information and do their data update like specification of template style and price of the book and copies need to authors, and university address.

Analyzing the SRS document

Identifying the Test Scenario’s

Writing Test Cases according to the SRS Document

Preparing the Test cases with using Test Data

Reporting to TL about the preparation of Test Cases
