I have been waiting for a work from home position and this one should be a perfect match. I have worked from home previously handling referrals being the first point of contact, checking insurance, submitting authorizations, scheduling patients & taking calls. I believe my passion for helping others, my desire to provide exceptional customer service and experience would make this position a perfect fit for me and your office. I am detailed oriented and organized. I have managed a small medical office both on site & working from my home office. I currently work in a Neurologist office primarily gathering information and submitting authorization request to insurances for neuro & spinal surgery.
Patients are always telling me how helpful I am. My previous boss for whom I was Intake Coordinator always appreciated my making the patients feel comfortable and assured we would take care of them. Patients or their caretaker knew I would make calls & do all I could to change their schedule etc I prefer part time 25 to 30 hours a week willing to work flexible schedule.
