My job is to answer calls and emails, schedule appointments, and show available properties for rent to prospective tenants. I perform inspections on vacant properties and report improvements and repairs needed before renting again; I collect income qualifications, applications, and fees to present to my office for approval. 2013-2018 – Chemtool/Lubrizol Corporation – S Beloit, IL Senior Chemical Operator/Shift Lead Technician: My job was to oversee the production process of my department on my shift. My primary responsibility was to monitor the equipment under my charge, control instruments and make sure they were working properly ; I also scheduled and coordinated maintenance efforts when necessary, including the shutting down or otherwise handling equipment during an emergency. When I first hired on with the company, I was a grease technician, working 30 ft in the air and mixing product. After the first year, I was moved to the lead technician.
I was also responsible for administrative tasks as well, such as recording test results and other data and relaying those to my supervisors.
