Responsibilities include working as a property adjuster that reviews field adjuster’s files for accuracy and proper payment. Review and dispatch new claims to make sure all information is correct. Process payments when needed. Contact the insured’s when necessary to obtain additional information when necessary to complete the claim process in a timely matter. Assign claims to the field or inside adjusters as required. Review claims to determine where and how they should be handled. Handle incoming claim calls from insured’s, financial institutions and vendors.
