Open and process incoming USPS mail for distribution in accordance with Division Directive 3.1.101 and working procedures. Log money orders received via USPS mail and forward to fees unit for processing. Perform the Mail Run between the two buildings on Belrose St. and process correspondence to necessary personnel and outlets.
Purge offender files in accordance with written procedures. * Ensured budgetary goals were achieved by closely monitoring, tracking and re-ordering office supplies for the entire Division.
