Look for defects in finish painted parts if the defect could be fixed it was reworked and inspected again. Parts that were to be painted could not have any scratches because it would show through the paint. Be able to work off the fly and make correct decisions while working on the line to prevent the line from stopping. Have faith in my knowledge of the job to know I am making the right decision for the company.
