Duties included project management, budget and scheduling, communications system design review and approval, prototype facility management, utility coordination, installation and system acceptance test and support. 1997-2000, Director of Customer Service for Odetics Gyyr division, which manufactured and developed hardware and software for the Electronic Security Industry Responsibilities included directing the operations of Gyyr’s 24x7 Technical Support Department, Repair Depot, Part Sales and Worldwide Network of Authorized Service Centers. Acted as Gyyr’s Point of Contact for issues resulting from Y2K incompatibilities. Directed the operations of the Customer Service department for an industry leading, access control software and security equipment manufacturer. Was responsible for developing and maintaining a 24/7/365 Help Desk and provided warranty and non-warranty depot repair services.
