Record data on BM sheet, weight sheet and Nurse Aide flow sheet.

Perform duties such as Labstix as assigned by the nurse.

Attend all mandatory in-services (maintaining 12 hour Federal requirement) and in-services offered on a regular basis.

Attend and participate in unit meetings.

Report all unusual circumstances that may involve the safety and well being of the residents and co-workers, directly to the nurse on the unit, Clinical Coordinator, Nurse Supervisor, ADON, or DON.
