Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks independently.
Manage schedule for Executive leaders including resolution of schedule conflicts, schedule prioritization and meeting logistics
Ability to communicate both verbal and written for internal and external personnel at all levels
Maintains the Executive’s itinerary and schedule with specific attention to detail
Act as the primary point of contact between executive and internal/external contacts
Assist the executive with daily tasks such as scheduling, inbox management, research, data organization, and data compilation
Manage the scheduling and calendar for the principals, coordinating appointments and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events; prepare agendas and take minutes
Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Coordinate office operations including supplies inventory and facility maintenance
Respond to customer emails in a timely manner
Answer incoming lead calls and input them into the tracking system.
