Developed a targeted social media campaign that increased the sourced remote talent in 2015 by 400% YoY, leading to a 375% increase for seasonal contractors, of which 175% were retained for extended contracts and converted to employees in many cases.

Customized and implemented an autoresponder to the CATS ATS to handle the increased recruiting traffic and reduced the CPH.

Designed a new video interview and certification process to measure and assess candidates' skill set prior to onboarding. These changes increased retention and daily production while reducing the churn typical of a remote call center by 55% and created a database allowing for ease in future succession planning.

Reduced recruiting budget by 38% while increasing productivity, company image, and overall hiring transparency.

Supervised and conducted monthly Felony background and HIPAA compliance protocols as required by clients for a remote call center prior to the onboarding process.

Managed payroll staff, coordinated attendance, PTO, health, and retirement benefits, for a weekly payroll disbursement up to 400 contractors and employees across 22 US states, utilizing Paychex and Rippling.

Created and maintained company handbooks, onboarding processes and contracts, performance evaluations, supervisory practices, training, and disciplinary procedures, as well as portals for contractors and employees to maintain personal information and view pay stubs, available PTO, retirement, and health benefits.

Collaborated with the company founders and attorneys to coordinate analytics, streamline processes, and administrative policies, to launch three rebrands of the parent company, and launch an additional company within the brand.
