06/21 – Current Sr. Technical Program Manager Amazon ( AWS)

Over the past four years, I have successfully managed three major initiatives. First, I led the development of an internal collaboration Q&A platform that enables employees to ask technical questions and receive AI-generated responses, supplemented by expert review. Second, I oversaw the implementation of an external-facing Q&A service for customers, allowing organizations to upload their own knowledge content and tap into AWS’s internal expertise to resolve complex engineering challenges through AI and expert-driven answers. Third, I program managed the design and launch of an AI-powered recommendation service that helps customers define workload goals and receive prioritized guidance to ensure their AWS environments align with those objectives.

To support the initial rollout of the external collaboration service, I took on the role of service development management to support the positioning of the service with customers. This included lead generation, customer presentation, pricing negotiations, customer calls, and customer onboarding.

Another part of my role was reporting. I coordinated the development of our weekly business review report and also managed the preparation of the critical project report, which is presented to senior leadership each week. Reporting required collaboration between the product, engineering, and science team, as well as, other teams that supported integration.

Served as an active member of the organization's leadership team, participating in weekly strategic meetings to review critical updates impacting operations and performance. Collaborated on the development of annual planning goals and provided ongoing oversight to track progress against key organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with broader strategic priorities.

03/16 – 05/21 Sr. Program Manager Society of Petroleum Engineering

Led comprehensive program oversight for SPE’s Global Enterprise Programs, encompassing Salesforce, CRM, Finance, Registration Management, Events Management, HRIS, Membership, Web Content, and Exhibitor Management systems. Delivery methodologies included Waterfall, Milestone, Phased, and Agile/Sprint approaches, tailored to project scope and stakeholder needs.
