Maintenance Coordinator (1/24-8/25)

I worked for a property management company that oversaw almost 400 properties. I set up maintenance jobs with vendors and tenants and followed through until the job was done. I also set up vendors with make ready jobs that the realtors sent in and followed through until the new tenants moved in; then set up new jobs that the new tenants might have. I answered and handled the incoming phone calls or transferred to a realtor/office manager.

Customer Service (1/21 – 1/24)

I worked for a program for US Bank helping with all aspects of member accounts including: debit and credit cards, disputes, personal identification updates, travel plans, opening and closing accounts, loans and orders. I next moved to PSCU which assists members with their personal and business accounts for over 380 credit unions across the United States.
