1. Position: Duty Manager (15th December, 2023 to 2nd October, 2024) Duties included the following:
• Oversee training, recuitment and perfomamance Management
• Oversseing employe Relations (Investigating griviences, drafting disciplinary charges and recommendation of the right penalty)
• Perfoms administrative tasks for the Cinema, which includes supervising Cleaners, receptionists
• Preparation of weekly staff roats ensuring budgetary control
