Successfully co-owned and managed two (2) multimillion dollar daycare facilities (Little Acorn Patch). Effectively provided practical operational, financial and management oversight which included, but not limited to: developing operational budgets, requirements planning and resource staffing and overall profit/loss oversight.

As a partner, in a property investment for resale venture, I provided market valuation assessment and acquisition strategy expertise, resale projections, local building ordnance zoning and construction code due diligence, venture capital funds flow management, construction project upgrade and enhancement bid evaluations, contractor/supplier selection oversight, effectively managing the property refurbishment budgets and was accountable for cost control and the overall profitability of the venture.
