As team leader I have advanced the program from a low performing program to a high performing program. The program had one star; it now has four stars. I worked at Plaquemines Medical Center as a Director of Financial Services. I saved this company $20,000.00 two years in a row. I reorganized the quality of performance by hiring new employees, and having them trained in the needed areas by improving the service plans.
