Although the focus was on teaching the basics, I strived to give them a sense of salon reality and teach them how to remain professional. Also, I was constantly multi-tasking to meet the needs of a number of students simultaneously. While dealing with the students, my focus was to keep them calm and focused on the positives of the task at hand.
