Common Claims platform (CCP) is a Web Application developed on Guide wire ClaimCenter5.0 which helps to process the property and casualty claims according to the business requirements. It is developed for the specialty LOBs for the client in order to handle the Claims related to all the LOBs into one platform. It takes care of all the claim related activities like FNOL, segmentation and assignment of claims. It is integrated with different vendors like ACT Mainframe application and Claims Strategy addresses transactions that arise during a claim like Reserves, Payments, Recoveries and Recovery Reserves, Reserve Analysis. Claims Strategy also provides different kind of roles like Adjuster, Supervisor etc in order to accomplish different activities that arise during the processing of a claim. Also provides the different level of security for the claims to specifically handled by the specific permission users.

The ClaimCenter 6.0 implementation will be integrated with 9 systems like Policy, ISO, Claim number generator, LDAP Authentication, Mitchell Medical, Mitchell Appraisal, DEX (document management system), Lexis Nexis Reports ( police reports) & Financials. Financials & ISO will be integrated with internal AS400 systems through web service. LDAP & Claim number generator are handled internally, rest of the system are 3rd party vendors. The integration system is built mostly on JEE framework.
