I was the Assistant Hub Manager based in San Leandro, CA. I have held this position for over 3 years. I work closely with the Hub Manager and oversee the day to day LTL operation for Central California and manage and supervisor over 200 employees and supervisors.
I was the Service Center Manager in Fresno, CA for over 6 years. I oversaw the operation of over 60 employees at an end of the line service center.
I was the Region Office Supervisor for the Pacific Region and oversaw the training and operation of the region with regard to customer service, billing, all office functions, computer training, payroll and some human resource functions.
During my career with UPS Freight I have attended supervisor and leadership courses to help strengthen my skills.

After deciding to stay with Overnite Transportation I was promoted to an Office Manager, Personnel Manager, Dock Supervisor, Lead Supervisor, Operations Manager, Region Office Supervisor and Service Center Manager.

I started my career in the Army as a truck driver and was an administrative specialist as well. Throughout my career in the US Army I strived for excellence and held positions as a Drill Sergeant, Recruiter, and Training NCO.
I attended Primary Leadership Course, Leadership and Management Development Course, NBC Defense Officer School, Noncommisioned Office Course, Drill Sergeant Course and Army Recruiting Course during my career in the Army.
I have achieved many ribbons and badges during my career which speak to my knowledge and abilities while I was on active duty.
