The museum, founded by Alice Walton, with over a half a billion dollars in assets, contains galleries, meeting and classroom spaces, a library, sculpture garden, gift shop, and a full service restaurant and coffee bar.

Work with departmental leaders, maintained and managed calendar of volunteer opportunities in Samaritan Database system

Address all volunteer requests, needs, incidents, anniversary mailings and background checks for over 650 volunteer staffs

Reconcile volunteer hours with volunteer database time clock ensuring all tax and grant considerations are in compliance

Coordinate annual volunteer appreciation event and quarterly mixer events
