Excellent Knowledge of MS Office with advanced level skills in MS Excel (including use of all formulas, macros), Simplifying large data sets using excel, Experience using Fiserv Data, QuickBooks Online & Desktop. •Authored a Manual of Accounting and Procedure for the entire retail/commercial bank operations right from the teller through the balance sheet to bring the bank from basic functioning to a position of competitive strength and reduced errors.

•Fix six years accounting mess of a company.

•Bring Burger King (27 entities) accounting in-house and develop the solid accounting/managerial practices.

•Considerable knowledge of human resources principles and practices of personnel administration including process for earnings, taxes, garnishments, fringe benefit deductions, new hire set-ups, wage changes, transfers, layoffs, terminations, bonuses, commission draws, reimbursements paid and unpaid leave, tax modifications, verification of employment, preparation of W-2 requests/statements, vacation accruals, quarterly 401K reconciliation. Garnishments. Review time sheet for accuracy before processing payroll.

•Responsible for ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all payroll. Manage all aspects of Payroll via ADP/Paychex (timesheets, checks, taxes, post payroll to GL, 401k) and personnel information, files, data. Prepare and validate content in payroll GL files for entry into company accounting systems and resolve issues when necessary
