1. By greetings & gratitude’s welcoming guests customer’s Sir/Madame Checking in guests by charging them by cash, credit card or debit card or room reserved by reservation on online sight of hotel by guest or by call or by booking agents or by walking in guests by giving them their desired room, smoking, nonsmoking, King Size bedroom, Double Queen bedroom taking their signatures on register card and receipt folios by requesting politely explaining them rules & regulations of Hotel stay. Giving them a parking lot permit & room key, showing them a way to room & provide them a dolly by housekeeping for luggage.

2. Explaining them room & hotel amenities, also give them a tourist guide flyer to visit the places to visit if they are tourists & restaurants details to order food. Check the cash register cash by tallying the report of sale of rooms by debit card, credit card or by cash sale daily or weekly & deposit cash in bank if needed by management.

3. Check the daily reservation’s room availability, departure’s & arrivals of guests and give the report to housekeeping to clean the dirty rooms of departure guest before arrival of new guests. 4. Make new reservations by call, by bookings agents or by walk-in guests. 5. Check the work of housekeeping done properly clean & check rooms. 6. Check the maintenance work if ongoing in the hotel rooms or required of lift’s electricity power, or pool, CC camera laundry room water cooler or ice vending machine or TV in the room’s, microwave or freeze to be changed & inform to management.

7. Check the guest security by checking on CC camera from front desk & by walking the hotel premises

& lobby and guest's requirements and requests.

8. If Hotel is equipped with Bar, Restaurant, Gym, lounge extra facilities check their need’s & requirements

& inform management. Also check the needs of the stationary inventory on front desk and sanitary needs of hotel rooms inventory, if needed inform to management. 9. Check the daily, weekly reports of revenue & take out print out for records if needed by management and daily shifts report while ending the shift.

10. Check out the guests checking their stay if stay over or used extra services charge them & call taxi cab if they need & thanks them for stay in hotel and give them a see off by welcoming again. 11. Many more duties are there for-shift manager or front desk if needed by management. 12. I can work as a night Auditor, day shift, noon shift, extra hours, full time, 24/7 on location at the hotel as a Resident Manager, open availability.
