As a Service Manager, Miguel was responsible for migrating and consolidating the support and maintenance of Lotus Notes based applications of the IBM ASEAN region. This was followed by the migration of support and maintenance of the mainframe systems of the IBM ASEAN region as well. As a Project Manager, Miguel was involved in the migration and transition of the SAP R/3 helpdesk of one of the largest thread manufacturers in the world, Coats. The support was moved from the client's location in Hungary to Manila. This also resulted in IBM PH doing SAP roll-outs in other countries where Coats had sites.
As Program Manager, Miguel was responsible for starting the testing competency in IBM PH - from planning, to hiring/recruitment and working with IBM Global Services to move testing work to Manila.
