• Perforning daily requests from schools and helping them with inquiries and providing solutions.

• Processing ESA, Pregnancy/Parental, Personal Exception, Semester, deferred and Employee funded leaves.

• Managing Payroll cutoff reports for LTOs Appraisals, Business acting and Increment.

• Manage and make changes to employee FTE as per WSIB, RTW agreements and modified accommodations.

• Designed and implemented policies and training manuals, job descriptions, newsletters, compensation structures, benefits packages, incentives and new-employee orientation.

• Look after Annual Management Trainee, Internship and Job Rotation Programs. Made employee letters for offer, appointment, increment, re-location, re-designation, promotion, transfer, warning, and show cause letters.
