PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Vestas, Cheyenne Wells, Colorado

August 2025- Present

Tools Coordinator – 3rd Party Employee (ERSG)

My duties as a Tools Coordinator are receiving tools, receiving delivery notes on SAP, inventory management, making sure the crews have what they need to be successful, and when the time came, coordinate with logistics brokers to schedule and stage trucks to pick up containers, fixtures, and tools when they are no longer needed.

I was given a deadline of two weeks to ship out 100 containers and 30 semi-truck loads of fixtures; we hit the mark at 90%. It was only 90% due to the weather delays and our loading sub-contractor who took five days off in that window.

Knobelsdorff Enterprises, Stratford, Texas

October 2024 – August 2025

Site Coordinator

My duties as a Site Coordinator: Vendor management, reaching out for quotes, allocating proper material for the project, received electrical equipment and tools, inventory management, making sure the crews have what they need to be successful, and when the time came, kept up with the HR and Safety part of the project. I entered time, scheduled time off for employees, made safety reports when there were injuries, provided minimal first aid when needed.

I was part of the Operations Management Team on this project. I worked directly under the Construction Manager, and when he took leave for vacation, training, or rotations, I oversaw the project for the time he was not on site, attending scheduling, and project meetings while managing the projects' duties.

I managed up to four foremen, one general Forman, and 30 employees.

I saved the company money by creating an effective working relationship with the local vendors to receive discounts on our materials.

Enscicon - EVRAZ, Pueblo, Colorado

May 2023 – October 2024

Client Representative for EVRAZ/Material Superintendent

My role as a Client Representative was very satisfying. I managed a subcontractor who operated the warehouse and 5 laydowns. I trained several managers and engineers on the use of our inventory program called SPOT. We fixed a broken system that was caused by the contractor who came before us and was kicked off site. As a team, we inventoried hundreds of crates that were received from different countries, entered the BOLs into the new system and formed a functional working inventory and pick ticket system that was not in place prior to us taking over.

I worked hand in hand with engineers, other superintendents, and contractors to put this project back on track, and we did it on time, safely and under budget. We hit many project goals and far exceeded expectations the client set for us.

Wanzek Construction

April 2019 – February 2023

Material Manager/Purchaser

I worked on five Wanzek projects; the locations were Wyoming, South Dakota, and Colorado.

For my role as Material Manager, I oversaw a new warehouse crew. We had goals to meet receiving and providing materials to the crews on site. I maintained an accurate inventory, read blueprints to prepare proper materials before the crews would request them.

I was part of the project management team being held to a high standard to be efficient and trustworthy. I sat in daily and weekly project update meetings to provide detailed updates on schedules and deadlines with material.

LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE

Leadership experience

2019 to Present

I became a manager in 2019 on power plants, sub stations, steel mills, and now in the Wind industry.

I oversaw small crews and large crews. I have never had to fire an employee for any reason. When there were issues that presented itself, I sought guidance when I did not know how to handle the situation. But most of the time I would redirect attention to more important aspects of the projects, leading with my heart thinking and acting as a professional and a person.
