i am the last to sign off on a unit before our customers arrive. I ensure that the units have been clean perfectly that all amenities are in the unit. That everything is stocked and ready for our customers. When there is an issue I go with management or on my own to the customer find out the issue and find a solution. Part of my job is to fill in for the Manager or Assistant Manager if one or both are not on property. i schedule the staff, I am the go between from our department to the front desk.
