August 4 2025 to Present: Secretary to the Owner I am responsible for preparing daily deposits and making sure they are correct. I prepare invoices and contracts paying attention to detail, making sure they are all correct. I am responsible for making appointments and confirming appointments. After appointments are confirmed I am responsible for adding them into pest pac. I create the technicians routes for service. I complete transactions for payments. I enter all information regarding services provided to their property,and enter the proper information and dates into pest Pac. When the data is complete being entered I file the files in the proper location.

Work with the department heads to make sure that inventory is on the floor daily. Manage returned goods daily and process damaged items for disposal.
