At this particular job I work with Long Wide pipes (about 60-80ft) the pipes are made (very hot/construction Gloves needed), they are then wrapped. They come out with big Kennels/Nuts on them (50-80lbs) which I use a construction gas powered drill to remove kennels, I then would take electric Grinder to grind the outer rim of the pipe for rust or overlapped plastic wrap. Then push the pipes with hands down to be labeled and shipped off. In this position you have to be able to stand a full 8 to 10hrs, need to be strong to remove and carry kennels as well as push pipes, need hard hat, safety glasses, and construction gloves.

In this Particular Job Position I was to do multiple duties including, Packing cards, Making Magazines using heaving operational equipment, using pallet jacks to move heavy boxes or Packages, cleaning, packing item, sometimes forklift moving somethings needed. The Position required standing the whole shift. In November 2024 I was such a good hard worker as a temp I became the team lead of the temps, then within a few weeks the company Ron Donally gave me a Job so I was no longer a temp there. My position became a Overnight Shipping and Receiving Dock worker with this I learned how to use the Paper Press Machine, I used the forklift more, learned how to use a Bind Clamper, and the Plastic Wrap Machine used to prevent materials from falling of pallet jack. There's a lot of knowledge gained through this particular position.

In this Position I was getting Documents from Applicants & Loan Processors, to uploaded

documents for their Mortgage Loan Process. We needed to know what documents are what before

we upload them for the Applications (Example: W2’s, Paystubs, Tax Returns, etc.) We also had to

use Microsoft Outlook to communicate as well as send missing info emails to Applicants.

Sometimes we also had to place calls out to Insurance Agencies to verify Various Pieces of Info for

The Loan Process.

In this Position I was a fulltime Fraud Analyst, Making Outbound and taking Inbound calls

From Cardholders Affiliated with U.S. Bank which that contain working with over 1500

Different institutions in the United States. Handling Fraud reported on the cardholder’s card,

as well as reporting Lost or stolen Debit/Credit Cards. Once I would locate the Fraud, I

would make contact with the cardholder, and make them aware of the fraud located, close

the card, then get the fraud claim started to send over to the Dispute Processing Center. As

Far as the lost or stolen cards go we would just close them out, check for fraud with the

cardholder, then make sure there financial institution reissued those Replacement Cards.

This position was a heavy call center environment open 24/7, need to be able to multi-task

and adapt to any situation.
