Chief of Staff to the Dean and President, CEO
Coordinated and directed key functions and activities of the president's office and interfaced with the board of trustees, the president’s cabinet, and others' direct reports.
Assisted in the development of effective systems for the president’s departments, such as performing annual departmental assessment and evaluation for submission and presentation, considered and advised the CEO when the need for executive discussion arose, and offered solution-based ideas for progress in areas of growth and improvement.
Co-created and maintained the seminary’s five-year strategic plan and process.
Managed reception staff and led organization-wide meetings.
Created and routinely convened the seminary’s first president’s cabinet.
Planned the CEO’s time with the institution's executive team, cabinet, and external constituencies and stakeholders.
Facilitated the work between the CEO and the board of trustees.
Coordinated between executives and Southwest’s major donor base for capital campaign and annual fundraising through structure and strategy.

Administrative Assistant to the Registrar and Director of Assessment
Performed key functions of the registrar’s office.
Delivered assistance to the daily demands of the seminary’s student services.
Created the seminary’s first annual student services survey for assessment and accreditation purposes.
Assisted students in the course registration process.

Collaborated with the registrar on consulting with students regarding the degree plan and progress.
Submitted grades on an end-of-semester basis.
Performed within the select group of colleagues for hands-on execution of the seminary’s ten-year reaffirmation.
