Americas LMS Manager (LATAM/Canada/US) - Air Liquide - May 2022 to August 2025

• Reporting to the Head of the Talent Development COE, responsible for managing the company’s Learning Management System (Cornerstone / Workday / Intelex) for the Americas HUB

• Ensure alignment with HR management to maintain standards, processes and procedures regarding training in LMS systems to include qualifications

• Project Manager of all training initiatives across several business units for US/Canada/LATAM. Created and maintained project log to ensure updates, assignments and project deadlines were met and launched.

• Consult and gather data/requirements with management, SME’s (i.e. EH&S, Talent, etc.), and internal training organizations to translate business objectives into LMS requirements

• Liaison with Global stakeholders to outline and conduct rollout required eLearning using Articulate, Captivate and PowerPoint

• Lead Workday and Intelex migration and alignment across the Americas

• Develop and maintain LMS processes to align with country and business requirements

● Maintain plant-level, regulatory, soft skill, training materials administered in the LMS

● Maintain, review, update, and create training matrices on an ongoing basis for Level 1-3 training
