I contributed to the success of FEMA and major international projects by executing key HR tasks, overseeing call center operations, maintaining confidential comprehensive records, and editing professional correspondence. My role also encompassed resolving client and vendor issues, processing expenses, and supervising subconsultant agreements and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance. Additionally, I was responsible for project administration setup, which included planning office space, recruiting, and onboarding personnel to support project objectives and organizational growth.
