SENIOR STORE SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

Worked as a Senior Store Supervisor in Crescent Transport Corporation Company. Worked in ERP SAP Warehouse Material Management System integrated with INFOR GLOBAL SOLUTION WMS warehouse management system.

Maintain optimal stock levels of spare parts, tools, and consumables.

Monitor stock movements (receipts, issues, returns).

Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.

Track minimum and maximum stock levels.

Verify and receive incoming materials against purchase orders.

Inspect items for quality and quantity compliance.

Issue materials to maintenance staff against approved requisitions.

Record all transactions accurately in the inventory system.

Maintain accurate store records (manual and/or computerized).

Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
