Responsible for multiple Phases of The Saint Francis Patient Tower Addition. Completed Make Safe of all existing systems that were affected by the demolition. Removed the entire main entry to prepare for the new tower tie in. Upgrade the Central Utility Plant to provide the tower with chilled and hot water supply and return, installed new Sanitary and Storm Sewer and well as upgraded one of the existing chillers and boilers to supply the new tower. Dealt with the owner on a day to day to assure that JE Dunns work was not interfering with the patient care or the staff and visitors.
Responsible for overseeing three Archwell Health projects in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Mid-West City, Oklahoma and Las Vegas Nevada. Assisting Entry Level Superintendents from the pre-con phase through inception of the projects. Assisted them with the day-to-day activities with managing Trade Partners, as well as Safety Issues and planning and removing obstacles for them to ensure their success as young Superintendents.
Prior to Archwell Projects, I was part of the team on the Apple (mission critical) project in Austin TX. My role on this project was to Supervise the construction of the Research and Development Building as well as the Central Utility Plant and the Power Plant for the Campus. I had (2) Level 2 Superintendents that worked under my supervision on this project.

Responsibilities included plan review, scheduling and supervising multiple Sub-contractors, tracking daily man power and material deliveries. Oversee installation of Mechanical and Electrical systems as well as medical gas systems. Responsible for layout of operating suites and structural supports for surgical lighting and anesthesia and medical gas booms and columns. Perform layout for Interior build out, responsible for job site safety and reporting progress to the owner. Scheduled and supervise local inspections, schedule and coordinate 80% and final THD inspections. Project close out and coordinate facility management training on various systems. Accountable for all phases of construction at Lake Travis Medical center. Site work included underground utilities, roadways and complete construction of the hospital itself. Responsibilities included plan review, scheduling and supervising multiple sub- contractors, tracking daily man power and material deliveries. Performed layout for foundation and structural steel, jobsite safety and reporting progress to owners. Scheduling jobsite owners meeting and executing change orders. Project close out and training, facilities managers on various systems operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to, supervising the renovation of two (2) University dormitories. Jobsite duties are overseeing multiple Sub-Contractors, as well as self-perform tasks. Tracking and recording daily progress, organizing and hold weekly OAC meetings and recording and distributing meeting minutes. Maintaining all on-site records and enforcing jobsite safety for all field personnel. Take off and ordering materials for all tasks, updating schedules, distributing information to Sub-Contractor and scheduling all phases of inspections. Supervised the UNC Hospital Renovation and oversaw new construction of the Intensive Care Unit, Burn Center and Children’s Hospital.

Responsibilities included Supervising Multiple Renovations for Seminole County Public Schools (Storm repair from 2004 Hurricanes), tracking and recording self-performed and Sub-Contractors daily progress. Executed presentation of record to FEMA as well as cost code break downs for pay applications. Upon completion of all authorized repairs, of 29 schools, I assisted with the close out documents. I supervised new construction of other Seminole County School Projects. Duties included supervision of layout and placement of foundation (footings), slab on grade, CMU walls, cast in place walls, stairs, elevated slabs, elevated and tie beams. In addition to public sector projects, I also provided supervision for the Entertainment and Hospitality Division. Duties included night shift Superintendent, responsible placement of reinforcing steel, form work, and other prep work for concrete placement. Areas included grade beams, columns, slab on grade in addition to elevated slabs, placement of precast beams as well as rigging and flagging for precast placement. Project Engineer duties such as tracking and scheduling material deliveries, reviewing shop drawings, tracking revisions and field change directives in order to keep as-built drawings up dates. Assistant Project Manager/Entry Level Project Manager duties such as writing change orders, purchase orders, scheduling sub-contractors for interior finishes as well as performing quality control inspections. Providing subs with pre-inspection punch list. Monitoring daily manpower and recording numbers for C-sip safety records. Provided verification of ADA requirements and Florida Building Code as well as job specifications.
