EXPERIENCE

As a Patient Care Coordinator my duties were to schedule patients for services pertaining to their specific health needs.

• I began with scheduling for Vein treatments depending on the patients symptoms. I had to find the clinic closest to them as I worked with people all over the United States in both English and Spanish.

• I quickly moved up into scheduling for any prostate, fibroid or hemorrhoid treatments. This included working with hospitals to get the necessary imaging and surgical procedures scheduled.
