4) Sales and Marketing:

• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand positioning and market presence. 5) Operations and Logistics / Fleet Management:

• Oversee all operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Optimize logistics processes for timely and cost-effective equipment delivery and utilization.

• Evaluate the potential for establishing logistics as a separate business unit.
