TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
Commissioning: Responsible for rigorous final quality check to confirm that all electrical and IT devices and connections operate correctly with each other and in accordance with design, contract and industry standards. Inspections and testing such as continuity, insulation resistance, and integrated system tests, performance evaluation, and thorough documentation to achieve system readiness and long-term reliability. Develop a final punch-list of issues to correct before the system goes live.
Responsible for survey, design, construction management: Utility, Power Generation, NERC CIP Substation sites, and telecom fiber optic projects. Responsible for project scheduling to include inside/outside plant design, project package drafting, cost estimating, bid package preparation, construction installation management, inspection, permit acquisition - including ROW and customer billing.
