Led the acquisition of Wavefly, a fiber-based telecom company operating in five Southeastern states that serve MDUs, Condominiums, HOAs, Senior Living Facilities, RV Parks and Mixed-Use communities.
Developed a new network and associated facilities (post acquisition) to compliment and serve an implemented fiber strategy (FTTU/FTTH) for new and legacy communities.
Expanded into North Carolina and South Carolina to increase regional footprint to seven Southeast states.
Integrated new billing and tech support systems and upgraded infrastructure/equipment in legacy communities.
