Wavefly 2022 - 2024

CEO

Led the acquisition of Wavefly, a fiber-based telecom company operating in five Southeastern states that serve MDUs, Condominiums, HOAs, Senior Living Facilities, RV Parks and Mixed-Use communities.

Developed a new network and associated facilities (post acquisition) to compliment and serve an implemented fiber strategy (FTTU/FTTH) for new and legacy communities.

Expanded into North Carolina and South Carolina to increase regional footprint to seven Southeast states.

Integrated new billing and tech support systems and upgraded infrastructure/equipment in legacy communities.

Facilitated new licensing deals for a 1,000-acre residential development in addition to ten new communities in five Southeast states.

Renewed existing license agreements to multi-year (up to ten) commitments.

oOrchestrated investment initiatives across the Southeastern Gulf Coast for real estate related businesses.

oSpearheaded the proposed development of a 20,000 sq. ft. co-working office project in Daphne AL (pre-Covid).

Retained by AEG, an international fiber engineering/construction firm, to advise & assist on strategic initiatives.

Represented principals of Pamplona Funds (London/New York) regarding a hotel investment, (Hotel Le Toiny) in St Barth, French West Indies.

Formed partnership (Ivory Group) with Doug McGarrity (former EVP/Development of Ritz Carlton Hotels) to pursue an upscale hotel development project in Tuscaloosa, AL on city owned property. Proposal ranked first among three prospective developers by Tuscaloosa City Staff.

Cypress Communications 1995 - 2002

Pioneered the first fiber-based, in-building (office) multimedia infrastructure in the U.S.
