Consulting firm focused on advisory services, project management, owners, CEOs, financial institutions, and/or investor representatives for real estate improvement and land development projects.

Grew a thriving consulting firm from a demand for a competent, professional Owner’s Representative to aid owners and executive real estate investors turn their conceptual real estate visions into well-conceived, quality-built projects for new developments and turnaround distressed properties. Project lead, providing Design Management, Master Planning, Market and Financial Feasibility, Regulatory Entitlement Approvals and Compliance, Construction Management with Field Management Experience, Negotiating, Scheduling, Quality and Budget Control, Change Approvals, Sales, Leasing, and Property Management.

Appointed to find a parking solution for the renovation of a financial institution’s office headquarters. Negotiated a sub-ground and air rights for a nearby Church playground that resulted in eight stories of offices on top of eight stories of parking above a 2-story playground with a drive-through banking facility and office lobby below.

Captured a 20% cost savings on a $12M distressed renovation: brought in $3M under budget, delivered on time, and sold for $24 million, a 100% ROI.

Led a historic office restoration of the Norwood Tower that resulted in a sensational classic Class A office building that remains fully occupied and declared a state historical landmark.

Delivered a $17M Mixed-Use, Multifamily Hotel Remodel $3M under budget with an 18% cost savings. Led the remodeling of a distressed hotel into a mixed-use multifamily complex and corporate office headquarters. The building remained occupied without issue, resulting in a thriving modern mixed-use facility in a prime real estate location - remodeled for half the cost of new construction.
