Working as a Human Resource and Property Administration Officer at Agri Service Ethiopia has opportunity to get enough experience on the work of the field of Human Resource and Property management works, and beside that I have an opportunity of working through accounting duties that expand my scope of knowledge and experience through financial works.
Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, perform employees benefits based on the Labor law, Implement organizational policies, rules & regulations, Preparing Procurement minutes & request, submit purchase report for the concerned Government body, prepare HR& Property reports, facilitating employees and property insurance, maintain filing systems, supervising employees’, controlling Organization property and Inventory management, conduct travel arrangements, organize meetings, and prepare payment request, payroll reconciliation and other duties are my engagements in this organization.
Education and Qualification
BA Degree in Business Administration and Information system (BAIS) from Addis Ababa University School of Commerce.
BA Degree in Public Management from Ethiopian Civil Service University

Duties and Responsibilities :
Plans, Control activities of the Human resource and Property management activities.
Reviews and implements HR and financial policies, standards manuals and working procedures
Submit quarter, semi annual and annual report to the supervisor.
Employee Supervising
Develop and implementing the Organization Human Resource Manual
Preparing Human Resource & Property management Report
Collaborate with recruiting committee.
Coordinate office activities and organize schedules.
Develop and maintain relevant database and filling system.
Managing store house and ensure efficient and effective use of office supplies and stock management.
Check all email messages often and respond accordingly
