• Currently I am overseeing and managing 4 employees.

• We support 8 different programs within my team.

• Individually I supported two University Partners with new programs, one for Edgewood College Doctor of Occupational Therapy Program, and Hawai’i Pacific University Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.

o Edgewood College Doctor of Occupational Therapy Program

I checked the Edgewood Candidacy Board daily to ensure that Narratives and Supporting Materials are being uploaded to ACOTE in a timely manner.

Supported the Program Director and her team with faculty communication, reformatting and reviewing faculty documents.

Regularly aligned with Edgewood College and take detailed notes and send them to the University Partner.

o Hawai’i Pacific University Doctor of Physical Therapy Program

To ensure completeness for AFC submission, I reviewed all necessary documents for 106 faculty for Hawai’i Pacific University- Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, reviewed over 684 documents for faculty.

I was in constant communication with the Program Director, her team, and all the core and adjunct faculty.

Reviewed and verified all 36 course documents (course syllabi and plan of study) were accurate and had the correct course name, course number, and faculty information.

Reviewed CAPTE portal to ensure all the documents were present and uploaded properly during the process and before submission.

• Primary Accreditation Coordinator support for Evidence in Motion’s Residency Programs (Orthopedics & Sports)

o Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency 10-year Reaccreditation Submission

I reviewed mentor qualifications via their CVs.

Created a combined Exhibit 9 form for 186 mentors.

This submission for reaccreditation was approved. o Quarterly Notification of Change Submissions for new sites we procure for Orthopedics and Sports.

Review the Medical Condition Forms attached to these sites, ensuring all the information is accurate.

Review the Exhibit 9 and Curriculum Vitae of the mentors assigned to these sites to ensure they are qualified to be ABPRTFE approved mentors.

Enter the information for these new sites into ARMATURE to submit to ABPTFRE.

I have submitted 3 Notification of Change applications to date for each Residency.

• Other responsibilities include:

o Submitting courses for approval to specific state boards.

I have submitted 3 courses to the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy.

I have submitted 5 courses to the Ohio Board of Physical Therapy.

I collected the documents for 1 course for New York Board of Physical Therapy, and 1 course for Louisiana State Board.

o Reformatting Handbooks as requested by University Partners. o Auditing Monday board and SIS for new course sessions. o Creating/editing Monday board to help improve processes of tracking for our team’s various projects.

I piloted a Monday board template the showcased the initial use of time tracking and number of reviews for faculty documents for my HPU AFC submission.

• I found that using these tools was incredibly helpful for me to track the progress of each faculty document. Time-tracking was a new concept for our team, so we experienced some growing pains in remembering to use that specific tool. I felt with reminders to my team, we were successful with our first time utilizing it.

o Assist team members with their AFC and SSR submissions, and whatever else is needed.

o Frequently complete new research projects, and find information for new disciplines for our company to support offering continuing education courses for Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists. o Reformatted 100+ CAPTE Standard Templates for Application for Candidacy and Self-Study Report submissions to reflect the 2024 CAPTE updates. o Enrolled in 10-week Key Leader Program set to start July 16th.
