As District Manager of the Conservation District, I successfully lead a team making positive environmental impacts in the Bradford County region of Northcentral Pennsylvania. Educating the public on environmental issues and addressing natural resource concerns is at the core of my work. The most rewarding aspect of my role is coordinating events and collaborating with individuals and agencies on our shared goals. I am driven by the opportunity to work with the community and make a tangible difference for the greater good. As I am looking to change my career, I am open to all sectors of employment.

Management: Manage a staff of seventeen
environmental professionals ranging from agriculture technicians, permitting technicians, administrative, forestry, engineering, and education.
Education: Organize educational events such as Earth Day, Women in Ag, Green Career Day, and our County Envirothon.
Public Relations: Prepare news releases, ads, sponsor boards, etc. for events.
Operations: Create a budget, goals and objectives, strategic plans, etc. for our staff and Board of Directors.
Finance: Work with County Commissioners for annual budget. Secure additional funding through sponsorships and grants. Develop public-private partnerships for sponsorships of events and projects.
Talent Acquisition: Post, evaluate and interview candidates for open positions.
