To Design & Prepare Technical Information Drawing (TID) for Gas lift Mandrels, Gas lift Valves as per API 19G1, API 19G2. Preparation of Fabrication Drawings for Gas lift Mandrel Components, Gas lift Valve components, Kickover tools & Latches using Creo Parametric, AutoCAD. To perform FEA & Prepare Finite Element Analysis (FEA) report using Creo Parametric Simulation tool for Mandrel Assemblies to determine their Strength.

Preparation of Pressure Calculation sheets as well as Tensile/Compressive stress calculation sheets.

Creating & Working on ECN's to make changes in Existing drawings as per Requirements from Factory. Also Releasing new CAD files, Documents, Component Part numbers using Windchill.
