• Coordinate with leadership on candidate status and availability/start date.

• Direct candidate transition to formal employment, ensure onboarding needs meet contract/government regulations. Support operational execution by ramping up any additional sourcing/staffing/hiring needs

Metrics Management:

• Write high quality job descriptions/requisitions to post on job boards and social media to attract diverse candidates

• Use ATS for candidate tracking and pipeline.

• Monitor and report key metrics (hiring, pipeline, vacancy statuses) Compliance/Clearance Management:

• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations and meet quality-assurance standards as needed. Manage candidates with active security clearances and assist new candidates through the security clearance process. Communicate with Facility Security Officer (FSO) who uses JPAS, to obtain and relay status updates.
