Overview

Hardworking and dedicated, I have been delivering quality in-home and outdoor maintenance services since 2011. My experience includes not only an extensive skill set in property care and renovations, but also driving clients to appointments and acting as a valet for guests. Founding and running a successful remodeling business has equipped me with the ability to work seamlessly with vendors, ensuring that deadlines are met and project expectations are realized.

My attention to detail allows me to address property needs proactively, recognizing when tasks are within my abilities or require a specialist. Integrity drives my work, and my clients trust that their homes are maintained to the highest standard—whether I’m handling property care, personal care, or daily needs.

I maintain a strong commitment to keeping clients' homes pristine and am happy to provide excellent references from previous clients.

Campbell Snacks

4/14/24-7/24/25

Run machinery and computers that make snack crackers. Clean, sanitize and prepare machinery for switching from one brand to another.

Domestic Couple – Vail’s Estate (Chagrin Falls, OH)

07/23–12/23

Initially hired as chefs, our responsibilities quickly expanded as the care needs of this prominent couple grew. We became deeply involved in end-of-life care and ensured the household operated efficiently. I organized and managed a dedicated care team of 5–10 caregivers, oversaw vendor and housekeeping standards, and maintained the home’s cleanliness. The position concluded after several months due to the passing of the couple, leaving a glowing reference.

Caretaker – Adler Estate (Herndon, VA)

09/20–09/21

Serving as a couple’s caretaker, I managed the estate’s exterior while my wife cared for the interior. I took pride in maintaining immaculate grounds, handling repairs, and coordinating with vendors as needed. Hosting and serving formal meals for family and guests was a pleasure, and I always ensured that Mr. and Mrs. Adler’s needs were met without boundaries. My responsibilities included electrical work, plumbing, equipment maintenance, fence and tree care, pool and spa upkeep, animal care, and formal meal preparation.

Self-Employed Remodeling Service (Midland, MI)

2016–2020

I remodeled homes, tackling drywall repair, electrical and plumbing installations, demolition and concrete foundations, painting, and siding. My work included painting large apartment complexes and installing appliances and fixtures according to client requests.

Caretaker/Caregiver – Gregory Chachas (Salt Lake City, UT)

2011–2016

As part of a four-person team, I supported an elderly widower and maintained his large home. My duties included assisting with grooming, providing nutritious meals, partnering with landscapers and vendors, and keeping vehicles clean and serviced. This position required a sensitive touch, given the client’s Alzheimer’s, but I was able to make a meaningful impact and ease family concerns. Responsibilities included medication administration, meal planning, driving, daily cleaning and laundry, estate maintenance, and vehicle care.

I have a clean driving record and have passed all background checks.
